Polish Minimum Wage Act, 2002

Polish Minimum Wage Act 2002 (Article 2 section 5)

In connection with the entry into force of the above regulation, as of January 1, 2022, the minimum wage of an employee in Poland is PLN 3010 gross, i.e. approximately PLN 2363 net, which means that compared to 2021 the minimum wage has increased by PLN 210, i.e. by 7.5 percent. As of January 1, 2022, the minimum hourly rate has also increased, which currently amounts to PLN 19.70 gross, i.e. PLN 13.91 net (in 2021 it was PLN 18.30 gross).

As per Polish Labour Law – depending on the number of working hours, the minimum wage is:

full-time employment – PLN 3,010.00 gross,
3/4 part-time employment – PLN 2,257.50 gross,
2/3 part-time employment – PLN 2,006.66 gross,
1/2 part-time employment – PLN 1,505.00 gross,
1/3 part-time employment – PLN 1,003.33 gross,
1/4 part-time employment – PLN 752.50 gross.
