In this lesson we’ll cover 5 of the coolest features of Talent Profiles that our customers love…

1. Filters & Tags: Surface your top talent based on a number of criteria:
   1. Skills, Rates, Availability, Location and more.
2. Visibility: Get a birds-eye view into all their Projects, Tasks, past Invoices and Payment history – directly from their Profile.
3. Private Messaging: DM with your contractors any time, right from their Profile.
4. Rates & Internal Notes: Include private info on how much they charge:
   1. Day rate
   2. Hourly rate
   3. Custom rates* such as: Per Article, Per Video, or Monthly Retainer
5. Internal Feedback & Ratings: Share internal reviews & star-ratings on each freelancer.This helps you and your team:
   1. determine if you want to re-engage this person later;
   2. share knowledge about what kinds of projects & tasks they are best at;
   3. flag any nuances of working with a given contractor,
