In this lesson you’ll see a brief overview of Worksuite’s Talent Directory & Profiles, which is the main feature set where it all started!
Fun fact: Worksuite was originally called Shortlist, which was designed to help you curate your go-to talent and assign creative work quickly. The platform has since grown to encompass automated onboarding, invoicing, payments and task management — all interconnected with your Talent Directory and contractor Profiles.
The Talent Directory is where you can…
- Quickly surface your top talent.
- Organize your go-to freelancers by rate, location, filters, groups, lists, skills and more.
- Custom-configure your views to the way your team likes to operate.
- See up to 12 weeks into the future of your contractors’ availability.
- Add contractors to Job Openings, Tasks and Projects with 2-click speed.
Watch the quick video overview to get a feel for the Talent Directory module, and then we’ll walk through the key features and capabilities in the next lessons.
