We believe that the freedom to work where, when, and how you want is crucial to being successful as an individual and as a team.

You have the authority and autonomy to work wherever and however you need to. Take care of yourself first and, because of this, deliver exceptional results.

We believe in taking healthy breaks from work - so we want you to ensure that you’re taking a minimum of 25 days of paid leave every year + a required monthly Mental Health Day.

Fairness
