Company Settings
How to set your organization’s branding?
- Step 1: Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu beside your name
- Step 2: Click on the “Company Profile” tab
- Step 3: Upload your logo and set the theme color
How to adjust your organization’s basic settings?
- Step 1: Select "settings" from the dropdown menu beside your name
- Step 2: Click on the “Account Settings” tab
- Step 3: Adjust your organization's time zone and the beginning day of your work week
Personalizing Your Public Portal
Your Public Portal is where new and current talent can find opportunities to work with you and can take action to express their interest.
Think of it like your very own external Jobs Board integrated with Worksuite. You can even replace your Applicant Tracking System with this, all in one platform!
You can share your Public Portal via a direct link to social media, your website navigation, or targeted emails, and scale your talent network using your brand!
How to set up your public portal?
- Step 1: Click on your avatar to select “Settings” from the dropdown menu
- Step 2: Select the “Public portal” tab to edit your public portal
- Step 3: Add an attention grabbing cover photo that represents your company & work
- Recommended size: Max 3MB, wide landscape format
- Step 4: Enter a header and description to communicate the type of talent you’re looking for
- Pro Tip: Make it fun! This is another touchpoint where you can infuse your brand voice.
- Step 5: Set your theme color for your Public Portal
- Step 6: Add footer links that would be helpful to applicants
- (Contact us, Help or Privacy Policy are good examples)
- Step 7: Click the “Save” button at the bottom to make your portal live
Pro Tip: Use the link at the top to preview how your portal will look to the public eye. Sharing it with your network and on social media will help you attract more talent!Leverage your brand to have talent coming to you, while you sleep.
Filters
The “Filters” settings allow you to choose which filters should be available in Talent Directory, so you can easily surface your top talent based on specific criteria.
Example: In addition to filtering freelancers based on Location, Skills, and Availability, you also want to be able to filter based on Tools Expertise.
You can create custom filters and set them as a default, for 1-click access anytime you’re in your Talent Directory.
How to enable & disable filters?
- Step 1: Click on your avatar to select “Settings” from the dropdown menu
- Step 2: Select the “Filters” tab
- Step 3: To enable properties as filters click on “Enable” checkbox
- Step 4: To make filters as default, click on “Default” checkbox
- Step 5: Click “Save” to save the changes
Simply put, the Worksuite platform is extremely configurable to make it your own.
