Announcing the new Worksuite website and rebranding, inspired by the companies we serve every day that bring global creative talent together.
You just signed a new client. Budget is approved. You need to get talent on the project immediately. No time to hire, no headcount to spare. So you go to your freelancer roster. The same one you've been building for years, cycling through hundreds of people every month to keep creative production moving through the peaks and valleys of client demand.
And then the admin starts. Track them down in a spreadsheet. Write the contract manually off last year's template. Send it for signature. Hope they sign before the kickoff. Wait for the vendor team to set them up on the back end. Chase the invoice when it comes in the wrong format with missing bank details. Process it manually. Cross-reference the PO. Key it into the ERP. Hope the payment clears before they start asking where their money is.
One person. One project. 20-30 minutes per invoice, if everything goes smoothly, playing email tag instead of doing the actual work.
Multiply that by hundreds of freelancers. Across dozens of clients. In multiple countries.
This is the problem Worksuite was built to solve.

Built by people who lived it
Worksuite was founded by Martin Konrad and Joey Frasier — two people who'd spent careers solving this exact contingent workforce management problem.
Martin co-founded Design Royale, an award-winning digital creative agency with offices in Sydney and New York, acquired by Edelman in 2012. He understood firsthand what it takes to build and run a creative business on the back of a global freelance network. Joey ran contingent workforce programs across Asia Pacific at TAG Worldwide, watching global companies struggle to scale their freelance operations compliantly without the infrastructure to manage them.
They found each other, shared the same conviction — people first, always — and built Worksuite from the ground up. Today the platform serves over a million users worldwide, powering the freelance programs at companies like Disney, Microsoft, Jack Morton, McCann, FCB, TBWA, FuboTV, and more.
The founding philosophy hasn't changed: the best creative work happens when you can bring the right talent together, from wherever they are, without the operational overhead getting in the way. You focus on the creative work. Worksuite handles the rest: onboarding, contracts, invoicing, payments. Across 190+ countries and 120+ currencies, for every worker type, compliantly.
"The best talent has never been contained to one timezone or one country. The most ambitious creative programs in the world are built on global networks of specialized talent — freelance, full-time, and everything in between. Worksuite was built to handle that complexity: managing your entire contingent workforce in one system, with the compliance guardrails to support it.
When we tapped Reunion for the rebranding, we recognized kindred spirits — a studio built on the same belief that the best work happens when you remove the barriers between great talent — wherever they are — and empower them to do it."
— Martin Konrad, Co-Founder, Worksuite

The rebrand
When it came time to update our own brand, we applied the same thinking.
We didn't go looking for an agency. We went looking for people who operate the way our best customers do — building teams across geographies, pulling specialized talent together for specific work, staying close to the freelance creative community.
That search led us to REUNION.
REUNION was founded by Thomas Wilder — formerly Creative Partner at COLLINS, Executive Creative Director at sweetgreen, and Global Principal for Design at Wolff Olins, who has led creative work for clients like Coca-Cola, ESPN, Target, Dropbox, Ogilvy, Meta, and Sandals Resort. REUNION is built around a simple idea: great creative work happens when you bring together the best people, regardless of where they're based. Coast to coast. Project to project. No walls.
Sound familiar?
Alongside REUNION, we worked with Peter Hulce of PHD Studios on web development, and Production Type and MCKL Type foundries on typography support. A specialized crew of independent talent assembled for this specific project, and trusted to do their thing.
That's the Worksuite model. And it produced a Worksuite that finally looks like it belongs in the creative industries that we serve.
"We built Worksuite for companies that know great work requires the right specialists — not generalists who hand you a login and disappear. That's how we operate too. Our Business Solution Architects embed directly with your team to configure the platform around your specific contingent workforce program.
The new brand reflects that commitment: we're not selling software, we're building solutions. This way, your teams can stay focused on the actual work."
— Joey (Frasier) Boothe, Co-Founder & Chief Employee Success Officer (CEsO), Worksuite

What's new
The new Worksuite reflects where we're headed: a platform built not just for managing freelancers, but for companies running the most complex, high-volume creative programs in the world. The brands you see on the new site — Disney, Vox Media, Jack Morton, Xbox Game Studios, FCB Global — are companies that live and die by the quality and reliability of their freelance talent programs. They don't have time for broken workflows, chasing paperwork, and late payments. Neither do you.
We built something that communicates that. We think you'll feel the difference.
Worksuite is a freelancer management platform and contingent workforce compliance software trusted by over one million users worldwide. Onboard, organize, manage, pay, and re-engage your global contractors and contingent workers, compliantly, in 190+ countries.
REUNION is an independent strategy and design agency. We help organizations discover the ideas that define them and build the brands, experiences, and communications that bring those ideas to life. We believe the strongest work is shaped with imagination, rigor, and uncompromising craft.
