White-Collar Employees Act
The White-Collar Employees Act stipulates that white-collar employees must be paid on the 15th and last days of the month unless they have agreed to be paid monthly. Employees are generally paid monthly by bank transfer, though weekly cash payment still applies to some groups of blue-collar employees.
