Sick Leave Law, 1976

The Sick Pay Law, 1976 entitles employees to paid sick leave in the case of absence from work due to illness. According to the law, employees are granted one and a half-sick days for each month of employment up to a maximum of 90 days. The law does not guarantee a minimum number of sick days.
