Fair Work Commission (FWC)

The Fair Work Commission is Australia's national workplace relations tribunal. It is an independent body that provides a safety new of minimum conditions, including minimum wages in awards; facilitates good faith bargaining and the making of enterprise agreements; grants remedies for unfair dismissal; regulates the taking of industrial action; and resolves a range of collective and individual workplace disputes.
