Labour Act, Section 3A (Temporary Agency Staffing)

Section 3A of the Labour Act deals with registration of contracting agencies who supply workers to different organisations in different posts. The section stipulates that such workers shall be treated as workers of the contractor and shall remain within the jurisdiction of the Labour Act.
