Personal Leave (Czech Republic)
Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code § 199
Personal Leave Employees are entitled to leave for reasons related to being personal obstacles at work which can be paid or unpaid depending upon the purpose for which the leave is being taken to the extent as may be specified by the government authority. In cases, where an employee is being sent to another international organization as a national expert, the employee shall be entitled to paid leave to the extent required but no longer than a period of 4 years.
