We know that changes can sometimes be hard and believe us – we have all grown to love the Shortlist name. Since 2015 we have made it our purpose to grow with intention as individuals and as a team, and we’ve come a long way since those early days. Shortlist started as a way to create a shortlist of your talent. Today, Shortlist is a full-fledged workforce management platform, and we’ve simply outgrown the word “shortlist”.

We are empowered by these changes and we believe that the Worksuite identity will:

• Inform our customers and their talent of our desire to create a platform that helps them work together more effectively
• Better align with our long-term vision of making work, more successful for talent across the globe
