What is the Labour Relations Act in summary?

It is defined as an agreement between employer and employee or between employer/ employers’ association and labor union. If there is no such agreement, LRA says the work regulations that an employer is required to have under Section 108 of the LRA will be deemed to be the agreement at the enterprise level.
