Industrial Relations Act, 2015 (Ireland)

The Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 provides a framework for workers looking to improve their terms and conditions of employment, where collective bargaining is not recognized by their employer. The Act also provides for Registered Employment Agreements (REAs) and Sectoral Employment Orders (SEOs).
