The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy of the Republic of Serbia (Serbian: Министарство рада, запошљавања, борачке и социјалне политике, romanized: Ministarstvo rada, zapošljavanja, boračke i socijalne politike) is the ministry in the Government of Serbia.

• Social security;
• Family law;
• Gender equality;
• The protection of the youth and women;
• The protection of the disabled;
• The protection of children.
